Mapping Standards
- All maps and descriptions are required from applicant as part of the initial application.
- Immediately after commission approval, LAFCo will notify applicant of the State Board of Equalization (SBE) total fee. Please submit a check to LAFCo made payable to the State Board of Equalization. Solano LAFCo will forward the check, map, description and statements to SBE.
- Immediately after commission approval, LAFCo will notify applicant of the Couunty's Assessor's mapping total fee. Please submit a check to LAFCo made payable to Solano County Assessor/Recorder for map and drafting fee. Fees are calculated at $110.00 per parcel. Solano LAFCo will forward the check to Solano County Assessor/Recorder.
