Staff and consultants from Milani & Associates, in collaboration with Craft Consulting Group, completed a municipal service review (MSR) for the Solano Irrigation District (SID). The MSR results in findings, determinations, and recommendations on the effectiveness and efficiencies of SID based on the seven mandatory factors of MSRs under Gov.Code §56245(e). The Draft MSR 30-day public review period is December 3, 2025 – January 2, 2026. Comments on the draft may be mailed or emailed to Solano LAFCO at Clove@solanolafco.com.
